Welcome to the website for Chyk Niagara's 1st Annual 'SILENCE' retreat.
In case you're confused or unsure of what you're getting yourself into, this retreat will consist of approximately 40 hours of minimal to no communication of ANY Kind. The purpose of this retreat is to face that inner-voice which we so often distract ourselves from, and develop a mindstate of pure self reflection! Register at your own risk!
